Step 1:
- Register and pay for the camp.
This involves returning the RSVP and the amount required to this year's Camp Coordinator.

Step 2:
- Fill out and read your forms.
If you are registered as a Beaver, Cub, Scout, Vent, Rover, or Leader Volunteer... skip to "Step 3:" If not... Read on. Those who do not fit into the previous categories MUST fill out 2 forms prior to going to camp: A Hold Harmless Agreement, and a Physical Fitness Form. So if you, your spouse, your friend, your son or daughter, etc. are going to camp and are NOT registered within Scouts Canada, you must turn these forms in BEFORE YOU GO TO GARDNER!!

Form 1 - Hold Harmless Agreement - CLICK HERE
Form 2 - Physical Fitness Form - CLICK HERE

If both forms do not get filled out... You will not be allowed at the camp.

Step 3:
-Allergies
Notify the Camp Coordinator of any food allergies you or your children may have. This will assist us in food purchase and prep.

Step 4:
- PACK UP and GET READY!!
Its always a good idea to prepare for anything. It could be blistering sunshine, rain, hail, sleet, snow... even OOBLECK!!! (hey... ye never know.) Here is our "General Pack list". It is used as a guideline of what you should bring. Keep in mind this is just a guideline. For the "General Pack list" - CLICK HERE.

Step 5:
Camp Gardner regulates that only two emergency vehicles (chosen by US) are allowed at the campsite. The remainder of the vehicles must park in the allocated parking area. This will be pointed out by a Camp Gardener Employee or Volunteer when you arrive. The only exception to this rule is for medical purposes. Please contact the Camp Coordinator for more details.

Step 6:
- Enjoy yourself at camp!! Have Fun and be safe!

Step 7:
- Leave on time
The Camp permit states that we must vacate our cabins and area's by a specified time. The Camp Coordinator will let you know when this time is. Please help so we do not go over this time as it may affect the next group of campers coming into that area.

Step 8:
- Head home and reflect on the great time you had.
